This is a big, beamy boat ideal for someone who wants a live-aboard that can still sail. Huge main salon with wood stove, multiple berths and heads, a generous galley and pantry, and a great master stateroom. She is a mid-cockpit ketch, Crealock Designed ferro-cement motorsailer.
Built by Ken Aarhaus in Tacoma (a machinist) over a fifteen year period.
The hull was professionally done in one pour. Concrete lab tests show almost 50% higher strength than required by USCG. On deck she is 50 foot by 14.5 foot.
